Jamie Morin, PhD
Founder & President
As the founder and president of Synchrony Point, Jamie draws on more than 30 years of experience leading service, sales, and marketing teams and managing complex business initiatives in both B2B and B2C industries as well as in higher education. Prior to forming Synchrony Point, she spent nearly two decades at WEX, where she served as a member of the executive team and Senior Vice President of Global Client Operations. Before that she held leadership roles in manufacturing and higher education organizations.
Jamie holds a PhD in psychology and an MA in organizational management. Her dissertation title was: Differences in Leader Self-efficacy Based on Mentor Relationships and Leader Gender. Jamie's formal coach training was completed at the Gestalt International Study Center and she is certified as a professional coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation.
Jamie is on the faculty of the Gestalt International Study Center where she teaches in their leadership development program. She is the facilitator and lead faculty for the Kennebec Leadership Institute. She is a member of the executive committee of the Maine Coaches Connection. Jamie is a member of the advisory board for the Olympia Snowe Women's Leadership Institute and is an Olympia’s Leaders Advisor (OLA) for the class of 2022 at Medomak Valley High School.
