As the president, principal coach, and consultant for Synchrony Point, Jamie Morin draws on more
than 30 years of experience leading service, sales, operations, and risk management teams in financial
services, manufacturing, and higher education organizations.
Prior to forming Synchrony Point, she
spent 17 years at WEX, a global payments technologies company, where she was a member of the
executive team and led the Global Client Operations division. Jamie has a PhD in psychology and an MA
in organizational management. Her formal coach training was completed at the Gestalt International
Study Center and she is certified as a professional coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation.
